RULES FOR RENTING WITH US


  1. Follow all instructions and warnings provided by our staff and posted on the inflatable.
  2. Children under the age of 6 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  3. No food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatable.
  4. Do not allow more people on the inflatable than it is designed to hold.
  5. Keep the inflatable area clear of obstacles and debris.
  6. Do not allow rough play or horseplay on the inflatable.
  7. Do not allow any flips or somersaults on the inflatable.
  8. If the inflatable begins to deflate or if there are any other issues, immediately evacuate the inflatable.
  9. Have a responsible adult present at all times to monitor the inflatable.
  10. If the weather is inclement, do not use the inflatable.

Things To Know About Your Rental


CANCELLATION / RAIN POLICY: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event date will receive a full refund, while cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the event or for events that have already taken place.

REMAINING BALANCE: If you only paid the deposit for your rental, the remaining balance is due the day of your event. 

INFLATABLES: Our inflatables are sometimes wet when they are delivered. In such cases we may deliver earlier than your event start time to give the inflatable time to dry and a little extra cleaning.

GRASS: Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than the day before we set up and clear of debris and poop. If we see poop, we may choose not to setup and a refund will not be given.

SPACE: Please measure your set up area to make sure everything will fit as we cannot be responsible if there‚Äôs not enough room for the rentals you selected.

POWER: You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 50 feet of your set up area. If you are renting a bounce house typically 1 regular wall outlet will do the job. Our obstacle courses and the monster truck combo require two blowers so 2 separate outlets will be needed.

STAKES: We drive stakes into the ground to secure most equipment. Someone will come out for free to your property and mark the underground utilities by dialing 811 and letting them know you are having an event with an inflatable and need the utilities marked.

SPRINKLERS: We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have a sprinkler system please let us know where not to stake.

CONCESSIONS: Must be returned clean or an extra fee will be assessed. 

PARKS: If your event is at a park, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits and certificate of insurance. You can obtain a certificate of insurance from us for an additional $25. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables, generators, tents, etc. Verify this info with the park and make sure we are allowed to use stakes to secure the equipment into the ground.

GENERATORS: We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour and adding more gas if needed.

LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment cannot be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be void (if applicable). This also means that if your event is at a park, you cannot leave the park before we pickup the equipment.
